Alexa Breininger

Speaker, Workshop Facilitator

Alexa is a fourth year student at Victoria College in the University of Toronto studying Philosophy and Art History. An active participant in student life, she currently serves as chair of the Victoria University Students’ Administrative Council, is a student representative on the Victoria University Board of Regents, and is an undergraduate research fellow at the Northrop Frye Centre.

Her experience balancing academic and extra curricular commitments with her own mental health gives her insight into the specific challenges facing university students today. She brings this unique perspective to our workshops tailored to students and educational institutions as well as young people entering the workforce.
